I have my own goalkeeperschool, "John Alvbåges Målvaksskola" where you can find all my personal training videos and other things about goalkeeping.
About me: Outside of football I have my family which consists of, my wife and my two kids. I also have my own "blog" in Sweden´s largest newspaper, Aftonbladet which I write a few times a week. On top of the blog, I have my own column in Aftonbladet in which I write up every Saturday. So, you can say that outside the football field, I spend most of my time with my family and my computer.
I am currently playing in Sweden´s highest league, Allsvenskan.
I have played for the Swedish National Team and have 4 caps. I was also a part of the Sweden World Cup Squad in 2006 in Germany. I made my debut in Allsvenskan when I was seventeen years old(in year 2000) and since then I have been playing as an professional goalkeeper.
I have played three years in the Danish Super-Liga (2005-2008) for Viborg FF and right now I”m back in Sweden and playing for Örebro SK.

Über mich: Neben dem Fußball habe ich meine Familie, meine Frau und meine Kinder. Desweiteren habe ich meinen eigenen "Blog" in Schwedens größter Zeitung, dem "Aftonbladet" und jeden Samstag habe ich dort meine eigene Kolumne. Daher kann man sagen, dass ich neben dem Fußballspielen die meiste Zeit mit meiner Familie und meinem Computer verbringe.
Ich spiele in Schwedens höchster Fußball-Liga, der Allsvenskan. Ich habe bereits in 4 Cups für das Schwedische National-Team gespielt und war 2006 bei der WM in Deutschland mit dabei. Mein Debüt habe ich 2000 als 17-jähriger in Allsvenskan gehabt und spiele seitdem als professioneller Torwart Fußball. Drei Jahre meiner Karriere habe ich in Dänemark verbracht um dort von 2005 bis 2008 in der Dänischen "Super-Liga" für den "Viborg FF" zu spielen. Jetzt bin ich wieder zurück in Schweden und spiele hier beim "Örebro SK".

Sobre Mi: A fuera del Futbol, yo tengo mi propia familia que consisten en mi esposa y dos ninos. Yo tambien escribo mi propio “blog” en el periodico mas grande y mas leido de Suecia, el Aftonbladet. Encima del blog, yo escribo una columna para el periodico Aftonbladet cada Sabado. Entonces, uno puede decir que a fuera de la cancha de futbol, yo paso la mayor parte de mi tiempo con mi familia y la computadora.
Actualmente estoy jugando in la liga mas alta en Suecia, Allsvenskan.
Yo tambien e jugado con La Seleccion de Suecia y tengo 4 partidos jugados con el equipo national. Yo tambien fui parte de La Seleccion de Suecia para la Copa del Mundial en Alemania en 2006. Yo hice mi debut in la Allsvenskan cuando tenia dicisiete anos (el ano 2000) y desde ahi e jugado de portero.
Yo e jugado tres anos in la Super-Liga de Dinamarca (2005-2008) para Viborg FF y ahora mismo estoy otra vez en Suecia y jugando para Orebro SK.
